This morning I drove down to Cape May to check out a new Organic food market that literally opened it's doors for the first time this past Thursday. Technically, they haven't even had their grand opening, as they are still waiting for a lot of their products to come in. So this was more a preview.
The Cape May Organic Market is the product of Tai and Julie Menz. Tai is the chef at Aleathea’s at the Inn of Cape May.
Right now, they're just getting things going, but already you can see the direction their going. Everything from packaged and canned goods, to organic flours, meats, eggs, and juices. They even have a decent selection of organic health and beauty supplies. Expect the selection to grow as they find their way.
